We aim to ship all in stock items within two to three business days of your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Due to cost and shipping times I am not currently offering international shipping to other destinations. If however you see a piece that you would love to own please contact me and we can discuss options.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! All orders are sent via Australia Post so can be delivered to PO Boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers.

Returns

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your piece I offer a 7 day return policy. Read the T&Cs below.

Please note that due to health regulations earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind.

Please bear in mind when purchasing that I create each piece with fine attention to detail and quality, but they are handmade and will always be organic and individual, giving them a charm  that isn't found in mass produced pieces. Gemstones are naturally, but rarely perfectly, formed and will often display imperfections and inclusions as a part of their unique beauty, which we celebrate here at The Fox’s Feathers.

If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@thefoxsfeathers within seven days of receiving your item. We want you to be happy with your jewellery and will work with you to address any concerns. 


If a return is approved, postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and we highly recommend you use an Australia Post service with a tracking number that can be provided to us. The Fox’s Feathers is not responsible for items lost in transit.


All returns must be received in unworn and unused condition and in the original packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected a refund will then be issued (excluding all shipping costs) to your original payment method only.  We will aim to provide a refund or store credit within 3 business days of your parcel being returned.


Items returned without making contact with us first will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.
